GOOD MORNING  POZSONYI PICNIC … STARTED SHARP AT 10 a.m.

Saturday, September, 6. 2014.

Venue:  Pozsonyi Street  is located at the 13th District (aka Lipótváros) of Budapest and  also  lies along the River Danube.

Countless programs having fun, relaxing, food in all quantities, concerts, Presentation – theatrical productions awaited for families with small children, friends to hang out still enjoying the Indian Summer in Budapest.

The Pozsonyi Picnic Association now for the 6th occasion organized at the Lipótváros (Leopold Town … a traditional neighbourhood in the city center of Budapest) the annual culture gathering previously before the coming Jewish New Year holiday. This year’s event is special for two reasons … having more-and-more theaters presentations and concert throughout the whole day and also because with the it turned out  with having the increase number of performers the venue outgrown the scene. So this year the whole route of enjoyments began from the Jászai Mari Square along the way to the St. István Park (St. Steven Park)

Just as a reminder when it began …  At the first Picnic in 2009, nearly 5000, and the last year has been more than 20000  people rolling along the venue. This year most probably doubled the number of visitors. There were countless performing artists  Szilvia Kárászy,  Tahi Tóth László (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RoQhgKRwV8kLia Pokorny, Andrea Malek,, László Dés, Miklós Benedek, Kata Janza, Pál Fekete,  Bernadett Vágó,  Zsolt Homonnay,Tamás Dunai, Judit Hernádi, János Gálvölgyi, András Bálint, András Kern, the Comedy troupe and belly dancers and salsa show  surely  got much attention  … many others programs throughout the day.

As said just mentioned … Today’s picnic was primarily for the theaters. This time, two big stage and a children’s stage filled the air, entertaining the audience. This will be in addition to the usual, Picnic successful events: street children. As in the previous years again the baking time  contest took place, baking the Hungarian speciality, the Pozsonyi croissant. The charity bazaar tables were pretty much visited  with spectator and shoppers. Hand-made crafts were on sale,  chess seats for young and elder folks, assort of manual skills for kids and a  bunch of activities  to enjoy  at the late summer days before the rainy days of the Fall arrives.  Within the program the city’s best restaurants this year was selected by a team of professional  jury and was awarded the prestigious Picnic Star.

When the night fell down and  the clock struck at 10 p.m. the Pozsonyi Picnic came to the end, but before that it was announced through the loudspeaker …

Meet You … Next Year … Same Time … Same Place!

A SUCCESSFUL YEAR FOR THE GERMAN ROSSMANN DRUGSTORE IN HUNGARY – 2014.

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

The company with the most dynamically developing market drugstore has already pasted its teenager years being in Hungary and became already known as a popular brand.

One of its important task of a brand is of creating the loyalty of customers.

The press and media representatives joined at the Gundel Restaurant/ Budapest were Rossmann – Hungary Managing  Director László Flórián welcomed the audience. In brief he outlined with the figures some data by saying, the Rossmann drugstore Hungarian subsidiary of the group last year increase of 8.9% in gross, revenue of 47.5 billion HUF. It has been on a steady growth path after living through the crisis years. He also added, the number of stores having 179 since 2011 increased in 2013 up to opening the 184 store. The number of staff in 2011 was 1145, in 2013 was 1201. Greater emphasis has been on the qualitative expansion … eight small stores had went through “face-lift” whereas a completely renovation was carried out and the positive enviroment was equal to the positive reception which was measured 30% of increase of sales at these stores. Developing the webshop was unique by itself in Hungary and more than 6,000 different  products  are delivered within two weekdays. The shoppers may pick up the products at their national post office, or at one of the 125 MOL petrol stations. Furthermore, launched more than two years ago the Rossmann’s Baby Program and there can be to followed the coming up different special offers. This year, the drugstore was the first to open its Maternity Club, which is chat corridor on a monthly base with an online nurse on the end. Another significant event was the installation of the FB Club, where in addition to the intense daily communication, periodic games awaited the FB fans. One of the hot shots for mainly men was of last year’s Football WC which was on the telly. At the time being more than half-a-million men played on the Rossmann’s website, figuring out the number of goals in the Toto game.

Thereafter we heard the following from Anita Varga – Rossmann – Hungary Marketing Manager, Quote: “After a long time Rossmann decided to bring to life their new image. Between September 7 till October 31 through the electronic media will be broadcasting on the domestic National TV channels, two kind of advertising videos. After having in mind the idea of advertisement, we thought the drugstore’s new image couldn’t be better than to bring a person from the Hungarian celebrity world who has a unique, reliable, caring and being cool at the same time. So we came up with choice of Attila Árpa – producer-actor who was not only pleased to accepted our invitation to be the face in our company’s new image, but also to hear about shooting the video as the third one along with his wife and daughter.

At the end of the presentation asked Rossmann Hungary Executive Director László Florián: Are they funding, supporting any institutions in Hungary?  A.: “As in the previous year, this year again the Rossmann Company will be giving Xmas gift packages at Szeged to the  ÁGOTA Foundation  (A state care and support for vulnerable young people in charitable organization.) Also supporting the  Hungarian youth  handball and water polo players with equipments and last but not least will be having for the second year to come this season the“Xmas Run”, jointly organized  with the Sport Bureau Budapest (BSI). It will be arranged on the 6th of December, 2014. „  Q.: What will be Rossmann  company’s  future plans, challenges for the year 2015 in Hungary?  A.: „Marketing… continuing TV adds …  providing, upgrading webshop service …  renewing quality of 25 stores throughout the country”.

Saying that, once again the good idea can take a lot of it and at the Rossmann Drugstore where at the shelves everybody can find affordable and high quality products without hopping over to another drugstore present in Budapest or at other city’s Rossmann store in Hungary.

One should also not forget that this is still a young company and they manage to keep their prices down, despite the unstable exchange rate. This coming Season of Fall, the Rossmann store’s shelves will be filled with their own new series of products. One which will most probably catch the ladies eyes will be namely the Rival de Loop Young products which were out on display during the press presentation and we could have a good look at the products.

The advertising campaign’s launch at the same time Rossmann Store new logo, saying

“We know what you want.”

To-day a press call was held by the Hungarian Olympic Committee, Hungarian Student Sports Federation and the Hungarian Quality Product Awarded Poli-Farbe Paint Factory at the bank of the River Danube on the Columbus Ship.

The theme of the press conference was “Our School’s Champion”.

This time, three school’s gymnasium out of ten were selected and the renovations were under the program so-called “Our School’s Champion.”  Some of them had only scratches of paint on the walls and indeed time the gym halls having a fine facelift, since they were last painted approximately 30 years ago.

Becze Szabó Secretary-General Hungarian Olympic Committee announced, Quote: “The Hungarian Olympic Committee had the pleasure to participate in this huge project of “Our School’s Champion”. The renovation was in the initiative framework of the sports promotion program between the Hungarian Student Sports Federation and the Hungarian Olympic Committee professionals and supervision support. We welcome any project, which is conducive to the Hungarian sport in the long-term to remain competitive and it is great honor to have our Gold supporter the Poli-Farbe Paint Factory with who by hand-in-hand made our big step forward”. Having said that, we were told these institutions from the reopening the season of the school year, three schools – elementary and high school’s gymnasium’s  will bear the names of those sporty champions who studied at these institutions. At Szombathely Krisztián Pars – Olympic champion athlete, at Ujpest/BudapestRudolf Dombi – Olympic champion kayaker and at TatabányaÉva Csernoviczki – Olympic bronze medalist judokas.

At the official gymnasium handover ceremony was told to the pupil … “Without successful recruitment  there is no successful competitive sport.”  Only those  kids with outstanding abilities will be champions, just like Éva Csernoviczki, Rudolf Dombi or speaking about Krisztian Pars. Associated with them, without exception can say that not only as an athlete, but also as a private person the three of them are true role models.  Most probably meeting these superb sporty olympic athletics at the ceremony, seeing them in person could have already been a the trigger for some kids … already planted in their mind “I have a dream” …  and will work hard for their dream to come true in having their first steps  to successes in these renewed, modernize  gymnasiums thanks to the collaboration of the Hungarian Olympic Committee and the  Poli-Farbe Paint Factory.

Maybe several schools throughout the country will have the new generation champions named at the gym halls.”

Antal Szabó –  Executive Director – Poli Farbe Paint Factory told us: Quote: “Right now there are two things that warm our hearts with joy, the renovation of the gym halls with our the high-quality products and the company’s recognition received to-day receiving the Hungarian Quality Product Award Competition Award Economy. ABOUT “CAFFEINE” NOT JUST FOR THE BODY TO BE FIT AND FRESH!

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

Get a good start on  healthy, great-looking hair … the key to this lock is Caffeine in the hair care!

Found it all out at the  ALpecin hair treatments press call,  held at the Magnolia day spa, whereas  Dr. Adolf Klenk the Head of Research Department  – University at Jena/Germany held a  presentation saying  a few words about the research background. Q.: Caffeine is not just to keep your body fit and fresh, but upon a series of major research carried out by  Dr. Tobias Fischer – professor and his team  at the University of Jena/Germany  tested live 600 hair follicles with the effects of caffeine and found the path to give the end to the struggle of having healthy hair. To boost hair roots decrease with the effect of Caffeine hair products goes just as well for women and men.” Regarding  to the conducted survey carried out countrywide in the past few weeks on the preferences of the Hungarian population, was related to appearance, on hair care habits and upon opinion on hair loss. The survey conducted here in Hungary of 1000  individuals. It was also said that these products are available at leading pharmacy or drugstores. Last year two million bottles were sold in Germany  so caffeine must be the solution to have the boost in healthy growing hair for men and women.  It’s proved to stimulate hair roots and prevent hair loss. Was said that not only one bottle would be enough on the run to have forever boosting healthy growing hair … it is like having a cup of coffee at occasions, but these hair cares can be in the everyday’s use  or  based on ourselves regular treatment.

Quoting in brief the presentation: “It is no coincidence that more than 10% of men struggling with hair loss, 22% of Hungarian women would not date a bald man. These men would at least  give a half-year of their life to reverse the process. The research showed that men are almost as vain as women, and the morning preparation takes nearly as much time for men as for women. The research reflects that the most important factors when women are judging men, is healthy hair besides the clean and fragrant presence. So the topic of the survey was the appearance and the different aspects of the related preferences of men and women. It looked for the answer to the question of how vain Hungarian people are. The result for that question was quite surprising …  the Hungarian population is far from vain, moreover, men and women showed very similar results. While men are vain to an extent of 2.8 on a scale of 5, women reached 3 points on the same scale. It is interesting to note that there is a difference between types of settlements, which is proportional to the size of the settlement shows downward trend. While people living in the capital are vain with the point of 3.1 on a five-point scale, while in the case of the smallest villages, this number was only 2.8. The research firm also examined the time spent on morning preparation, and 4 out of 5 asked, told that they spend less than 30 minutes on preparation after waking up. In addition, women and men spend almost the same time for that.

The research shed light on the fact that Hungarian women look at the eyes of a man first, and the most annoying thing is their big belly. To the question of “What makes a man well-groomed?”, they replied that clean appearance, good fragrance and healthy tonsure are the most important factors. Furthermore, it turned out that 22% of women would  not date a man who is bald, and 30% of them told that it has an effect on their first impression if the man is bald. The issue of hair-loss is significant for men too, as after being overweight, baldness is what bothers the stronger sex the most in connection with their physical condition. The list continues with erectile dysfunction, other illnesses and fatigue. The research shows that baldness is a determinative issue considering social life, since one in 10 men has issues in their private life because of hair-loss, maybe this is why 13% of men struggling with hair loss would devote at least half-year of their life to reverse the process. According to the results of the research, baldness bothers men the most between the age of 18-29 and between 50-59. And 44% of men believe that the most important factor causing hair-loss is stress. This figure is followed by hormonal problems and vitamin deficiency. However, the main true reason behind the baldness of men is Testosterone, since the Testosterone-excess during puberty causes the facial hair to grow, and (in the case of hereditary predisposition) the activity of the hair roots of the scalp decrease. The growth periods of the hair shorten and the life of hair roots decrease.  ALpecin tries to offer a solution just for this issue with the effect of Caffeine, which counterweights the negative effect of Testosterone and this way copes effectively with the causes of hair-loss,  for those men, who struggle with hair-loss, may change their lives in the future.”

Last year two million bottles were sold in Germany  so caffeine must be the solution to have the boost in healthy growing hair for men and women.

After the presentation, the Magnolia Day Spa – Budapest enchanted the invited guests and press representatives to a couple of demo  treatments. The spa crew was absolutely kind and attentive. wonderful experience!
