On November, 22, for the 9th time, one of the most beautiful festivities in Budapest open the Advent Fair at the Saint Steven Basilica. Was on a social media guided tour whereas spoke about this year’s program having underlining interactive self-help points and a 12-meter huge Christmas tree.

Visited The Hungarian Ecumenical Charity Service, where every item brought there income goes to the needy. Another highlight on the square was the giant wreath entering into the Fair’s area. Next stop was really for the young kids and even their parent where they will not walk on by without looking at the small Legoland figures. Many might have already heard or seen the famous Hungarian blue paint materials. Clothes and other handy accessories. The lady on the stand told that there was a time when Antonio Banderas bought a hat from her. We stopped at the B & Q stand where hamburgers are made from the Hungarian grey cattle meat.

In the middle of the market, there is an oval skating-rink where everybody once again experiences in going back in time as being a kid. Skating training for children on Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. It is free to use under the age of 14 and if the skates are not in hand can borrow some for free of charge. If the small ones are insecure on the ice, they can take part in training every weekend.

More than ever, this year’s program is complete with interactive self-help points and a 12-meter twinkling Christmas tree. The 3D light painting goes on every day from 10 o’clock in the morning. The screening goes on within every half an hour from 4.30 p.m. – 10 p.m. The thrill in viewing the light on-and-off on the walls of religious scenes come alive on the Basilica facade. With special plastic glasses can view the animation and which can be purchased on the spot.

Walking around shopping makes you hungry soon-or-later but no worries special gastronomic offers for visitors are there what their eye desires. Stay to enjoy the delicious gourmet food and drinks offerings, homemade handicrafts and artisan culinary delights.
