Pandemic restrictions are still in place, but hopefully can make up for last year’s event due to the missed Covid-19 by the time of this year’s “Paloznak” Jazzy Picnic to spend a 3 days unforgettable togetherness the picturesque Balaton Uplands.

Overview of programs … First day – Thursday, July, 29.
Mario Biondi the Sicilian descent well-known as the Italian Barry White as they hear his special voice. The singer is considered as the European performer in jazz and soul. He exploded into the music scene in 2006 with his hit „This Is What You Are”. He is a story teller in betwen his soul/jazz sound songs. Released new album „Dare” after his 50th birthday. Biondi visited the vineyards of Paloznak for the first time in 2017 and gave an superb concert to the Hungarian audience.
Biondi is followed by a true legend band Level 42. the English jazz-funk band formed on the Isle of Wight in 1979.
They had a number of UK and worldwide hits during the 80s and 90s. Was a big favorit from the 80s and millions have been still in today. The British band mixes elements of jazz, rock, pop, funky, and soul and blues in a unique sound that millions have been a fan of ever with Mark King the forefront bass guitar player as he conjures up his instrument. Sure will bring their well-known songs to Paloznak such as Lessons in Love, Something about You, or It’s Over and other giga hits. They have more than 30 million records sold worldwide.
Second day – Friday, July, 30. Caro Emerald – Dutch singer. Her concerts brings the unique blend of jazz, pop music, swing music, electro swing, easy listening, tango and the groovin ’jazz of the 90s. She is popular singer throughout Europe. Her albums are total of one and a half million sold. Then in the evening continues with the melodies of MF Robots adding inimitable sounds, mix soul, R&B, funk and pop music into energetic, new-sounding music. Genre: Jazz.
Third day – Saturday, July, 31 German jazz collective, unique downtempo jazz player De Phazz will hold a joyful evening. The ensemble combines modern musical trends with elements of soul, Latin music, trip hop and drum and bass in a lounge sound environment. Dutch saxophone goddess Candy Dulfer who don’t really have to be introduce. Candy created a deeply personal and unique blend of musical genres & influences, bound together by her trademark sound, showcasing her extreme versatility. She was in a minute really recognized when recordered with David A. Stewart – Lily Was Here. Dulfer was also the featured saxophonist at concerts with Madonna, Prince, Pink Floyd, Chaka Khan, Aretha Franklin and others. Genres: Jazz, funk, soul. Also continuing The Kraak & Smaak band have had been booming all over Europe in recent years, giving character and creative performs to the international music within their Dutch formation for the best funk – hiphop – acid jazz ensemble in Europe. They are a Must see live band. Genre: Funk, Electronic music, Dance/Electronic.
Last but not least, in addition to international jazz performers in a wide spectrum of the representatives of the Hungarian section eminent domestic genre on a smaller stage.
Admission to the Paloznak Jazz Picnic is free of charge for children up to the age of 14 … who have not yet reached the age of 15 on the day of the festival event. Tickets and passes are already available in all categories, in addition to day tickets, two- and three-day passes, as well as VIP tickets and passes can be purchased. With the pass, jazz is yours every day from door opening to dawn!
