As to the gastronomy, the menu compilation indulge in a culinary journey inspired by the flavors of Italy and Europe. From tantalizing appetizers to delectable main courses and irresistible sweets surely to be delight the gourmands.
A peek into the Menu … Cold appetizers: Focaccia with Parma ham and melon,Veal with tuna sauce, Smoked Szilvasvarad trout with horseradish foam, Mediterranean vegetable appetizer
Fresh potato salad with mayonnaise, Shopska salad, Salad with crunchy garden vegetables, Dill flavored cucumbers, Pickled vegetables. Main course: Tuscan ribollita soup, Baked Balaton snapper cooked in Bakonyi style, Stewed veal with dumplings garnished with sour cream and dill, Crispy roast duck with grilled aubergines, Potato pie with lemon and marjoram, Roasted Mediterranean vegetables. Sweets corner: Tiramisù, Panna cotta with mango sauce, Palacsinta with rum and walnuts garnished with chocolate sauce, Dobos cake.
