This year’s Budapest Wine Festival awaits its guests at one of Europe’s most prestigious gastronomic events traditionally hosted on the terraces of the Buda Castle, where, in addition to the sumptuous Budapest panorama, you can once again meet the best domestic and foreign winemakers and their exceptional items. The main sponsor of the event this year is SPAR Hungary, which has been committed to the Hungarian wine culture since 2007., embracing the most important products of Hungarian agriculture, Hungarian wines and wineries. According to the company, wine is a unique – gastronomic and cultural – asset that must be nurtured.
This year, the Budapest Wine Festival welcomes the United States of America as a guest of honor – wines from California, Washington state and Oregon are coming to present themselves to the Hungarian wine lovers. Just as within the previous years, the usual popular professional programs will also take place, and on the two stages during th event offering more than 30 productions to those who wish to loose along the tasting the mouthwatering wines and have fun.
This year, with new areas, programs and surprises, the wine festival offers a few wonderful days in the company of your favorite wines in a truly stylish environment.
Day ticket – Thursday, 9 p.m. – CUMBIA RHYTHMS FROM SOUTH AMERICA – LOS ORANGUTANES
Day ticket – Friday, 9 p.m. – FUSION JAZZ-HIP-HOP – JAZZBOIS
Day ticket – Saturday, 8 p.m. HUNGARIAN JAZZ, BEAT AND POP CURRENT – TÁRKÁNY WORKS
Day ticket – Sunday, 4 p.m. – MEDITATIVE, SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE – SENA DAGADUB
Last but not least within the 4-day pass ticket … unlimited visits to the Wine Festival.
For visitors attention to the fact this year as well only tickets for a specific day cannot be exchanged to transfer to another day after purchase.

Not enough time for me to make it but I would like to pre-book for 2023…..This festival is famous and if Ms.Reiter is available for some sight-seeing adventures also I will bring a bottle of Penfold’s Grange hermitage for the occasion, it’s only $1200.00 per bottle but the best for the best,,,,always…..!!!!!

Dear Mate … BEST NEWS FOR MY DAY 🙂 … now I will start the countdown and with heartfull pleasure take you around the sight-sound liquid bread tasting (as well called by Hungarians) the beers but the King and Queen of wines will not be missing throughout our journey.
