Guest city of Hungary was: Hévíz -Lake Balaton received the Hungaricum Award Hévíz Gyógyfürdő a prestigious international award in 2017. The city which previously relied on the visits of Russian tourists was hit hard by the financial crisis, yet through the cooperation of the private and business spheres, it managed to overcome the slump after a few years with its regional partners and just closed a record-breaking year.In additional to developments at the Hévíz Balaton Airport and further achievements will increase people to heal and relax by the warm mineral water source.
Guest of honor foreign country: Morocco. On the official opening day, Mohammed Sajid, the Minister of Tourism of the Kingdom of Morocco held a presentation.
