Theme of the Museum + Superstition.

6.15 p.m. – Collection of 19th century masterpieces, accompanying music by János Vázsonyi – saxophone improvisations.
7.30 p.m. – István Németh art historian – „Witches However are not”, lecture and guided tour at the Museum of Fine Arts.
6.45 p.m. – 9 p.m. – Guided tour in the magical world by Judit Cser the exhibition introduce the Masterpieces of the Museum of Fine Arts.
7.15 p.m. – 8.30 p.m. – „Myths, beliefs and religion”. Jewels of Churches guided tour around the exhibition entitled jewels of Churches.
7.30 p.m. – „Fears and Paintings” permanent collection – Devotion, Superstition, and Popular Beliefs in European and Hungarian Art will be held a – guided tour in English language by Ágnes Mertus.
6 p.m. to 7 p.m. – Live Conversation at the Café Museum. „Old and New Hungarian drawing art” – graphic collection of György Gombosi (1904-1945) of the 20th-century art history writer is one of the most important figures, especially of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance Italian. A superb art expert, who had collected at the same time domestic contemporaries drawing works of art. His collection ranges from the turn of the century until World War II period until almost all the major works of Hungarian artist.
The discussions are held by Ferenc Zsákovics art historian, chief curator. Ildikó Szepesvári restorer at National Gallery of Graphic Department and Diana Marsó Art Gallery owner-manager National Gallery Moderator: Gábor Martos.
7 p.m. Lecture – „Amulets Secrets”– Zoltán Bartos performance of the Museum of Fine Arts Egyptologist.
8 p.m. Edina Mókus – reef concert
From 6 p.m.to 9 p.m. – WORKSHOP
The year starter welcomes visitors to the Museum evening concert by Edina Mókus Szirtes. Mulled wine tasting also awaiting the visitors. Interesting, superstitious workshop and a good luck charm at your footsteps at „The Art Country”.
