During the cultivation and processing of coffee, a number of raw materials and by-products are produced, which until now we might not even have thought of how valuable they can be. One such example is Cascara,  as  a/m  the dried version of the flesh of the fruit that surrounds the coffee bean. Traditionally, this flesh surrounding the coffee greens was often discarded or composted. However, due to the growing interest in sustainability, cascara’s potential is being recognized in more and more places.
