The 2026 Winter Olympics, officially known as the XXV Olympic Winter Games, will be held from 6 to 22 February 2026 in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo, the latter having hosted the Games in 1956. The host cities were selected by the International Olympic Committee at the 128th IOC Session in 2019.
This will be the third Winter Olympics to be held in Italy; the Games were held in Cortina d’Ampezzo in 1956 and in Turin in 2006.
