Chocolate Master Training  with the  Cherry Queen finalists!

Another  task to be taken in the “Miss Cherry Queen” selection, which is to find that Hungarian lady who is absolutely matching  with the  face,  has charisma, beauty, elegance and style to be worthy as to represent  the Hungarian brand of the Cognac Cherry for a year.

A Queen as a  royalty has to be absolutely well-informed of  her subjects. Here goes the same with the eight selected ladies in competition.  It is necessary to be aware of the origins of the chocolate and the method of  cooking. Therefore, Chief Executive Mr. Sándor Sánta, at the Bonbonetti Group  held a detailed presentation on the origins, history of chocolate up to the times of to-day’s  procedures of the popular  Hungarian chocolates and the method of making them so tasty as they are.

Mr. Sándor Sándor  from now-and-then  stopped  his presentation by asking details of the heard stories to the ladies. He wished to see how intensively they are listening to his lecture. He was pleased to learn they all were with eyes and ears wide open.  After the  theoretical education  came the easy part of the day … a tour to review the  chocolate factory in operation. One of the Hungaricum,  the pálinka soaked cherries covered with dark chocolate, also known as the “cherry brandy chocolate”  was seen step-by-step  in the processing thread.  The Cherry Chocolate runs under different names when it comes to export, but the country of origin will remain, that says: Made in Hungary at the Bonbonetti Factory!

Even though there is  12 days to come to the final for one of the lady’s  in competition will receive her crown. Here is  reminder to the final to be held at the “SWEET DAYS”  at the premises of the  Buda Castle, Royal  Palace.
