Sustainable transport – healthy, local food.

District, VII., 32 Dembinszky  Street

The Cargonomia team invites you for the launch of their most recent project: Community Cargobike Sharing System. On Thursday, March, 29 from 6 p.m. – Cargonomia.

The Cargonomia is a center for low-tech, sustainable urban transportation solutions and local food distribution by cargobike. Since they launched their collective in 2015 have offered the possibility to test and borrow cargobikes from the center through direct contact. Have decided to take the next step to make it easier for helping people access cargobicycles and are now launching an open-source online platform offering the possibility to share and borrow cargobikes and trailers all around the city.

The organisers happy to invite you to the presentation of the platform and this new project. Doors Open 6.30 p.m. Welcoming word from Cargonomia’s team 6.45 p.m.  Presentation of the platform, the project and its partners  7 p.m.  Discussion on Cargobike usage in Budapest and how to develop it 8p.m. Music, local organic refreshments from their partners. At 10 p.m. will be held the Afterparty… traveling together by bike to a surprise location!
