The Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra is attempting to guide us to the dark world of Hades.
According to the New York Times, „members of the band play with cohesion and maturity despite their age”. They show their outstanding talents and brilliant play with the direction of Benjamin Zander in Pécs, at the Kodály Center. The not-so-secret goal of this summer concert is to guide us to Mahler’s most famous masterpiece of emotional, cathartic world.
