German band Gregorian on their Final Chapter Tour 2017 stop in Budapest and gave a marvelous concert at the Budapest Congress Center, yesterday February, 5. They are well-recognized for Gregorian chant-inspired versions of modern pop and rock songs.
The Gregorian unique musical combination alongside with traditional Gregorian music and hard rock sprinkled with spectacular special effects as: mirrors, pyrotechnics and unique light projections and some cheeky moves the audience well-recognized with plaudits. The band featured eight classically trained Gregorian singers, accompanied by one female singer and a young Romanian soprano boy singer with an awesome rock band.
The ongoing fog machine a bit spoiled the viability … less would have been better. Never-the-less… here is a little insight into the misty concert.
