As a follow-up to my previous update „Introducing Mastercard Mobile Payment”, the European Commission has provided the Green Paper this subject. This paper addresses specific aspects related to the functioning of the payments market for cards, e-payments and m-payments.

- Card payments
- E- and m-payments
- Interoperability between service providers
- Interoperability in the domain of m-payments
- interoperability in the domain of e-payments
- Interoperability and competition
- Payments security

- The Governance of the SEPA
All interested parties are invited to submit their views in response. Contributions should be sent to the below e-mail address to reach the Commission by the deadline date: April, 11. 2012. To: markt-sepa@ec.europa.eu
It is also important to stress, that the contributions will be published on the Internet. So important to read the specific privacy statement accompanying the Green Paper for information on how your personal data and contribution will be dealt with.
